Geeta Shah is the Principal Architect for SAGEarch Architects and leads the firm in Design and Technical Issues.

She has over 20 years of experience working on several residential, retail, commercial, tenant fit-out, and core and shell projects all over the USA, Canada, and India. Currently, she is managing the Childcare projects in NJ and Interior Design and tenant fit-out projects for over 100,000 SF of leased areas. 

Her driving philosophy has been, to resolve technical codes issues and construct-ability issues while designing the projects. This helps with eliminating delays during construction. Having worked in the fast-paced retail design and construction business for several years, the time has always been an essence for her projects.

Satyen Rawal is the founding Principal for SAGEarch. He leads firms in the QA/QC for project deliverables and Business development.

He has worked on all kinds of complex buildings ranging from institutional, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, food service, retail, and commercial tenant fit-outs in the USA, India, and Azerbaijan. 

His driving philosophy is providing creative solutions for any project irrespective of size and Quality assurance for every project. This helps to get a good design solution despite constraints due to codes or site conditions. He has worked in all different capacities; as an Architect, as a part of the Design-Builder construction team, as a Real-Estate Commercial Salesperson, as a Developers, and as an Owner; helping his experience be well rounded, innovative, and practical. Construction Administration is his strength, which helps coordination of all building systems during design stages thus avoiding construction delays.
